Youll coordinate seating, manage reservations, and help set the tone for a great dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant. Manage the waitlist and reservations efficiently. Guide guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests when possible. Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized. Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries. Support servers and staff in creating a seamless dining experience.
