Events Manager and Sales Assistant:
The Bella Vista Special events manager and sales assistant will work for the Director of Special Events. Responsibilities include managing events and assisting the Marketing team to promote Bella Vista events inclusive of social media.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Experience w/in food, beverage, or hospitality industries
Outgoing personality and comfortable speaking in group settings
Leadership skills, with ability to manage and delegate tasks
Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and budgets
Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize
Results oriented with ability to collect and organize data, to create plans
Prompt attendance and completion of tasks assigned
Job Expectations: - Bella Vista Events Manager and Sales Assistant
Assist Sales Director in all aspects of sales activities
Work as front of house manager for weddings and events as per schedule.
Assist with marketing and promotional calendars, sales programs
Assist with social media posts for Bella Vista
Promote “The Casa Larga Experience”, accurately, professionally, readily, and timely
Work with the CLV team to plan, execute and promote annual events and festivals
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift 45 pounds
Reaching by using hands
Sit and or stand for 6 hours
Driver’s license in good standing
Job Hours: Office hours as well as evening and weekend events as per schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
