Duties
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries and assisting with their needs.
- Manage calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings efficiently.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property listings, transactions, and client communications.
- Utilize computer literacy to manage databases, create reports, and perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients and answering phone calls professionally.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries through various phone systems.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution to clients or stakeholders.
- Support office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Your work will be key in helping clients market properties effectively, attract potential buyers, and showcase their properties in the best light. You will work closely with real estate agents, property owners, and marketing teams to ensure that the images meet the highest standards of quality and creativity through social media .
Qualifications
