Casa Nonna, a new Italian American restaurant from the owners of Bardea Food & Drink, is set to open in early 2025! Located inside the iconic Dupont Hotel at 10th and Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware, Casa Nonna celebrates the legacy of Chef Antimo’s grandmothers and their cherished Italian recipes. The restaurant pays tribute to all the Nonnas and their invaluable contributions to Italian American cuisine.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Host
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
• Full/part-time, 0-1 years of experience
Bartender
• Craft creative and classic cocktails, providing an elevated bar experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring prompt service for guests.
• Full/part-time, minimum of 2 years of experience.
Server
• Provide outstanding service, guiding guests through menu selections with expertise.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a memorable dining experience.
• Full/part-time, minimum of 2 years of experience
Sous Chef
• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Full/part-time, minimum of 2 years of experience
Line Cook
• Prepare dishes with precision and consistency, following Chef Antimo’s signature recipes.
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.
• Full/part-time, minimum of 2 years of experience
Dishwasher
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen tools, equipment, and dishes.
• Support the kitchen team by keeping the work environment organized and efficient.
• Full/part-time, 0-1 years of experience
Food Runners
• Deliver food to tables with speed and accuracy, ensuring dishes arrive at the perfect temperature.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room, providing seamless service to guests.
• Support servers in maintaining table settings and clearing plates as needed.
