What We Are Seeking
Looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our company and long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented, an excellent problem solver and loves working in a team environment. This position reports to our Egg Harbor Township, NJ office.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service – answering phones, responding to client questions, and ensuring client deadlines are met.
- Process payrolls using our proprietary system.
- Maintain client files for accurate, up-to-date information.
- Possess ability to multi-task and service many clients simultaneously.
- Participate in internal team meetings to discuss client needs & resolve issues.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables.
- Communicate with clients and third-party institutions by phone and email.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1 year of general office / customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of payroll is required. Service Bureau experience is helpful, but will train the right person
- Computer Skills: MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel
