What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting flooring, tile, stucco, and other home improvement materials.
- Provide expert guidance on product choices, styles, and installation options.
- Support Account Managers by handling customer inquiries and helping manage orders.
- Learn and master our product catalog to become a knowledgeable resource.
- Process quotes, invoices, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
- Grow into an Account Manager role through training and on-the-job experience.
