The Vineyard Assistant will assist with a variety of winemaking and production tasks including general upkeep of facilities, equipment, bottling, labeling, vineyard tasks, and special projects given by management.
Vineyard work will include planting new vines, replacing vines, pruning, weeding and suckering, shoot tying, shoot positioning, canopy management, wire lifting, hand harvesting, etc.
Flexible schedule required during Harvest season, with the opportunity to work up to 6-7 days per week
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
