Floor Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various flooring installation techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing, different types of flooring materials in residential apartments including ceramic tile and luxury vinyl planks. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of apartment spaces. We provide all materials. This is a contract for labor only. You must have your own tools and transportation.

Duties

• Install various types of flooring materials including ceramic tile and vinyl planks according to specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for flooring installation by performing tasks such as scraping, sanding, and applying or removing adhesives.
• Restore existing flooring by repairing or replacing damaged sections as needed.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards for quality and safety.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role in the restoration industry.
• Proficiency in tile laying techniques and knowledge of various flooring materials.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during installation processes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $450.00 - $2,500.00 per week

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work

Ability to Relocate:

• Sierra Vista, AZ 85635: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
