Job Overview:

CasaBella Furniture is seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse and Delivery Crew Members. This is a critical role in our store’s operations, responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to lift heavy furniture, assemble items, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and Setup: Safely and efficiently deliver furniture to customers' homes, ensuring all products are in excellent condition upon arrival. Assemble furniture on-site as needed.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing furniture in the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of inventory and assist with stock checks.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with customers during delivery and setup, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns.
• Heavy Lifting: Lift and move heavy furniture and equipment safely, using proper techniques and safety equipment.
• Assembly: Assemble furniture items at the warehouse or customer location as required.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment both in the warehouse and on delivery routes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of merchandise and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy furniture and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience: Prior experience in furniture delivery, warehouse work, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed for deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Delivery driver: 1 year (Required)

Language:
