We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of all departments.
- Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of guest relations.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting revenue and controlling expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.
- Monitor night audit processes to ensure accurate reporting of daily financial transactions.
- Train and develop staff in customer service techniques, phone etiquette, and hospitality management best practices.
