We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside the Chief Engineer to oversee and manage the
Maintenance team responsible for maintaining and upgrading our company's technical
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the maintenance team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and systems
- Manages the planning, scheduling, and coordinating all the preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to complete necessary installations and upgrades
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the engineering team
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to engineering projects and activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of engineering and customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with technical equipment and systems
- Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
