- Overview
Supervise and lead the maintenance personal and oversee maintenance vendors
- Schedule all maintenance repairs with the internal team or various vendors based upon the needs
- Manage the repair process and audit and inspect repairs
- Make sure all codes and standards on repairs are being completed and documented
- Train New employees and vendors, including our policies, procedures, and the mountain Layout
- Ensure that all employees and ensure are following procedures and guidelines and have a safe working
- environment
- Maintain all machinery and other equipment is working properly and schedule upgrades or repairs
- Maintain company vehicles
- Oversee and provide regular inspections for rental properties and resolving issues as the arise
- Provide basic maintenance to units if need be
- On-call maintenance support and emergency lie support
- May need to lift to 75 lbs or more
- Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Track expenses and oversee budgets for maintenance, vehicles, and the homeowner
- Keep accurate records
- Work with Bookkeeper regarding billing and follow up
- Update Streamline to ensure that all vendors are paid on time and properly
- Manage the back of the house information for each unit in Streamline and other systems
- Provide feedback to each team and vendor that is captured by inspections, surveys, and reviews.
- Develop trusted relationships with homeowners and gain their approval for necessary upgrades and
- fixes
- Communicate with homeowners about work orders, charges and help find solutions
- Work closely with homeowners regarding necessary repairs, solutions, and costs
- Provide the Housekeeping manager updates and communication about work going on in the units or
- needs
- Helping with after-hours calls on busy check-ins
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least one-year administrative field skills including Excel, Word, and email platforms
- 3-5 Years’ experience in maintenance
- 1-2 years’ experience in Management or Supervision
- Understanding of technical features, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and Osha
- 6 months in project management
