Event Associate
An Event Consultant for Casanova Event Resource is the direct point of contact between client and service. As an Event Consultant, you will directly assist clients over the phone and email with any questions about product, order placement, and directly inputting client information into the rental system. An Event Consultant must also communicate with both Sales and Operation teams to assure product availability but also deliver details and updates for assured delivery and installation of equipment. The Event Consultant must always be detailed and timely with communication so that events are executed efficiently and to the satisfaction of the client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email and in person
- Coordinate showroom appointments with clients
- Input rental orders for clients into Rental system
- Assist clients with product needs including recommending any additional product
- Answer any sales inquiries or questions over the phone/email during business hours
- Communicate effectively with Sales and Operations team for product availability and discrepancies
- Accurately bill and track client orders
- Sell products through face-to-face meetings.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in their assigned territory
- Building trust with prospects to lead to future sales
- Resolving customer complaints
- Understanding the company's products and services, and how they can meet customer needs
- Achieving sales targets
- Preparing reports
- Upselling and cross-selling products
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
