We are seeking a self-motivated and independent bilingual Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in family-based immigration law to support a team of two Associate Attorneys within our small, close-knit firm. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload focused on humanitarian and family-based immigration cases, taking a proactive approach and ensuring timely progress
- Provide support to 2 Attorneys, including client follow-ups and case management
- Prepare comprehensive case drafts / packets for attorney review and submission
- Communicate with clients virtually to gather necessary information and documentation
- Oversee office management, such as ordering supplies and processing rent payments
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in family-based immigration law
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- A strong passion for client interaction and delivering high-quality service
Bonus Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification
- Notary Public Commission
- Proficiency in Camp Legal
- Office management
