Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any additional needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent physical condition and strength; able to lift heavy objects as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on job location.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
