Founding Senior Product Manager

Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do. We were founded by a world-class team of banking & AI experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator. We like to win—and we know that the only thing standing between us and the title is our own ability to improve every day.

As our founding PM, you'll define and drive Casca's product from the ground up. We're not just building features—we're creating an entirely new way for banks to operate. You'll collaborate directly with our technical founders to transform complex AI capabilities into elegant solutions that make legacy banking systems obsolete. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining product at the intersection of AI and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Product Development
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring alignment with Casca’s strategic goals.
• Define clear product roadmaps based on stakeholder input, market research, and user feedback.
• Strategize & Innovate
• Drive the product vision and strategy by thinking outside the box to deliver AI-native solutions that set new industry standards.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Casca ahead of the curve.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a best-in-class product experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Product User Experience
• Champion user-centric design by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent user experiences that delight customers.
  

Qualifications

• Experience : Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• AI & Financial Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and/or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strategic Thinking : Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and challenge the status quo to develop unique, differentiated products.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
