Job Title: Youth Mentor
About Us
At Cascade Academy, residential treatment center, we help adolescent girls struggling with severe anxiety embrace life with courage and joy. We work with girls from 13-18 years old achieve their goals and learn how to move through the challenges of debilitating anxiety.
Nightshift Mentors :
- Increased focus in quiet setting
- Increased pay for night shift
- Can be well suited for students and others who need daytime flexibility
Night Mentors support students according to treatment plan instructions as well as acting as a role model of healthy behaviors.

Responsibilities of a mentor includes the following:
- Maintain a safe environment for students.
- Provide supervision and support for students throughout their evening.
- Give feedback to the treatment team about student’s behaviors.
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong decision-making skills, and an ability to communicate effectively.
- Participate in specialized trainings relating to anxiety and OCD.
Qualifications
- Must be 20 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience with adolescent age group preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelors preferred.
- Must demonstrate experience in working as a team.
- Valid Drivers License.
