Job Details
Medical Director (MD/DO)
Prism Health is the only nonprofit LGBTQIA health center providing comprehensive primary care, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington, and Idaho). Since opening its doors in 2017, Prism Health has become a model for culturally specific care and now serves over 1,500 patients with a wide range of services, from day-to-day primary care and pharmacy needs to targeted services like gender-affirming care and specialized population health screenings.
Prism Health is excited to announce that we are hiring our next Medical Director. The Medical Director will provide leadership of our two successful and highly regarded clinics in NE Portland and SE Portland. We are neighborhood clinics that provide integrated primary care and behavioral health services to patients of all backgrounds, however our providers specialize in HIV care, substance abuse disorder treatment and gender affirming care. We are leaders in the Pacific Northwest in providing this care.
This is a full-time role, working .6 FTE to provide direct patient care and .4 FTE to provide clinic leadership. You will share clinic leadership with Prism’s capable Practice Administrator. Clinic hours and work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
This role is a member of Cascade AIDS Project’s leadership team and reports to the Deputy Chief Programs & Strategy Officer.
Starting pay is $225,000 to $250,000/year, depending on experience.
