Job Summary
The collision repair blueprinting process creates a comprehensive overview of the entire repair to fast-track the process. When used to its fullest, a blueprint for collision repair saves time and labor and helps ensure accurate estimates for insurance companies and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities Essential Functions
· Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
· Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
· Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
· Excellent attention to detail, with strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating and reconciling customer estimates, and processing data for management analysis.
· 1-3 years in the collision business with estimating systems experience (CCC ). Full understanding of vehicle functions as they relate to crash dynamics with the ability to articulate with customers and insurance adjusters. Manufacturer training a big plus but not required
· 1 year required of Auto estimating
· Oversee disassembly process
· Maintain repair plan accuracy
· Driver’s License required
