Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting wage of $22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus project-based bonuses, Driller License bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits at a minimal cost to the employee, including 2 weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 40 hours paid sick leave, at a minimum.
Job Description
The successful candidate will operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency, maintaining daily drilling reports and ensuring equipment is in safe working condition. As a leader of a drilling crew, you will train and mentor employees, maintain a safe environment, and promote positive and professional relationships with team members and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A CDL Class A and State Driller License is preferred.
- At least three years' experience in the drilling industry, with one year of experience operating a variety of rigs (i.e. sonic, rotary, auger).
- Negative drug test.
- Satisfactory results of a background check.
