Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a starting wage of $22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus project-based bonuses, Driller License bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits at a minimal cost to the employee, including 2 weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 40 hours paid sick leave, at a minimum.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency, maintaining daily drilling reports, and ensuring equipment is in safe working condition. As a leader of a drilling crew, you will train and mentor employees, maintain a safe environment, and promote positive and professional relationships with team members and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A CDL Class A and State Driller License is preferred.
- At least three years' experience in the drilling industry, with one year of experience operating a variety of rigs (i.e. sonic, rotary, auger).
- Negative drug test.
- Satisfactory results of a background check.
