Overview:
We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Input sales orders from customers
- Work with customers and create price quotes for bids
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products and services
- Collaborate with other memebers of the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and manage sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred but not required
