Join the Cascade Health Home Health team as an Admissions Staff RN! Provide skilled care to Home Health patients in their place of residence. Evaluate patients, plan and implement effective therapeutic interventions based on physical assessment, sound judgment, and psychological sensitivity. If no admissions available, may be assigned to perform routine visits.
Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse and CPR card. Must have a dependable, insured vehicle for transportation to visits, a current driver’s license and insurable driving record, and a means of communication. Share on-call responsibilities between Home Health and Hospice, as needed.
