Cascade High School seeks a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Principal to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in curriculum and instruction who is passionate about student success and academic excellence. Key Responsibilities:

? Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and instructional programs to ensure student achievement.

? Work closely with teachers to enhance instructional practices through coaching, professional development, and data-driven decision-making.

? Foster a positive, inclusive school culture supporting student learning, engagement, and well-being.

? Assist in supervising school operations, including student discipline, teacher evaluations, and extracurricular activities.

? Collaborate with staff, students, parents, and community members to maintain and strengthen partnerships that benefit student success.

? Support the principal in achieving school-wide goals and initiatives aligned with the mission and vision of Cascade High School.

? Other Duties as assigned Qualifications:

? Valid Indiana administrative license or ability to obtain one.

? Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and data analysis to drive student achievement.

? Proven ability to mentor and support teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies.

? Experience in school leadership, student discipline, and staff supervision preferred.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for building relationships with students, staff, and the community.
