Job Description:
Cascade Hills Country Club is currently seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Poolside Servers. As a Poolside Server, you will contribute to the exceptional service standards that our members and guests expect while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere by the pool.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests enjoying the restaurant and pool area.
• Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Table Service: Serve food and beverages to poolside patrons in a courteous and timely manner.
• Knowledge of Menu: Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including specials, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Upselling: Proactively suggest additional items and upsell to contribute to overall revenue.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables and poolside seating areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set up.
• Communication: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Payment Processing: Handle bills and process transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
