care private practice located in the heart of Bend, Oregon. Our practice includes two doctors, one
physician assistant, and a dedicated team of eight employees. We are committed to providing excellent

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical practice management, billing, payroll, and
population health. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our practice and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage medical billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Handle payroll and related financial tasks, including budgeting and reporting.
- Coordinate population health initiatives, focusing on improving patient outcomes.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and external partners to ensure smooth
communication and operations.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, including insurance procedures.
- Experience with payroll management and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with population health management and healthcare quality improvement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office management software, including electronic health records (EHR) systems, Epic preferred.
