Cascade Lakes Brewing company is looking for a bartender at our pub at Reed Market in Bend, Or.
We believe a good bartender is friendly, organized, and can communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of customers. They are energetic, confident, have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and practice good time management skills. They must be able to work quickly in fast-paced environments and practice teamwork with service and kitchen staff. This role requires the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Bartender responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking ID and verifying age requirements
- Making suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Mixing and serving drink orders
- Ringing in orders and processing payments
- Informing customers of any specials and handling food orders directly from guests
- Bussing, washing bar dishes, and cleaning tables
- Ensuring food and beverage consistency
- Managing daily inventory and completing prep work
- Cleaning bar and supplies
- Managing the overall bar operations
1 year Experience Preferred
