About Us
We provide care for residents and their families in various locations, including Olympia, Belfair, Union, Allyn, Aberdeen, and Tumwater. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our residents by understanding their personalities and preferences.
Your Responsibilities
Assist seniors with daily life skills, develop and maintain personal care plans, and recommend level-of-care adjustments as needed. Your daily interactions should be characterized by empathy, kindness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- A positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties are essential.
- You should be an effective communicator who can connect with staff, residents, and their families.
- Compassion and professionalism are necessary to represent our community in a positive light.
Your Role as a Caregiver
Establish strong relationships with residents, family members, and staff. Assist residents in life-enriching activities based on their individual profiles. Implement personal care plans that cater to residents' strengths, preferences, and routines. Blend multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day and work collaboratively with the clinical team to address their needs in a timely manner.
