Working as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) with our environmental services team, you will :
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents through maintenance
- Be responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment
- Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover unit
- Actively participate as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Wage : $19.00 - $21.00 / hr
Schedule : Full-Time, Weekend Availability Required
