Cascade Pest Control, a family-owned and award-winning industry leader in the greater Seattle–Puget Sound region, is hiring! We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Snohomish office.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality service to residential and commercial clients, and we’re looking for like-minded professionals to help us grow. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, assisting established and prospective customers.
• Provide exceptional customer support and build positive relationships.
• Coordinate with our field technicians and ensure seamless service delivery.
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
• Expected Weekly Hours: 40 hours (Full-time).

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  
  

Work Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Work Location: In-person at our Snohomish office
