The Marketing Campaign Specialist executes paid and owned multiplatform marketing campaigns and plays a key role in the marketing department's project management efforts. This role sets schedules, tracks deliverables, conducts analysis and drives continuous improvement while demonstrating Cascade PBS's values of integrity, community, innovation and diversity.
Hourly rate : $32.69-$36.49
Location : Seattle, hybrid schedule available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
Work with manager and external vendors to conceive, execute and optimize all Google Ads promotion including Display, Search and Grant campaignsUse self-service ad consoles to set up, monitor and report on paid campaigns across a variety of platforms (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google, mobile app stores, Meta)Manage marketing department's house ad inventory on our digital properties including inventory allocation, strategic alignment and prioritizationCreate and optimize campaign-specific landing pagesManage first-party data uploads, custom audiences and targeting profiles within Google Ads and Meta Business ManagerDevelop and track marketing and communications budgets for each project in collaboration with the Marketing ManagerPartner with the Data and Analytics team as a data champion for the marketing department. Use data, reporting and insights to conduct campaign optimizations, inform best practices and strategiesStay abreast of current and emerging digital marketing methods such as full funnel attribution, tracking and optimization including retargeting pixels and third-party measurement technologies (eg AppsFlyer)Manage creative requests and resulting campaign assets for assigned campaignsWork with teams across the organization to manage web and app alerts and promo placementsSupport Marketing Manager across digital marketing channels and help with new initiatives as neededCollaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of Cascade PBSOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without noticeREQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisionsExceptional verbal and written communications skills including copywriting and copy editingDiligence in scheduling, targeting and optimizing campaignsStrong creative judgment and high attention to detailStrong grasp of programmatic advertising platforms and best practicesSelf-driven, able to balance the marketing team's priorities across our owned and paid media platforms from concept to executionAbility to manage through change in dynamic media industry environmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications) or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of three years of experience developing and executing multiplatform marketing plansMinimum of three years of experience managing cross-functional projectsStrong knowledge of ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, including one or more platform certificationsKnowledge of CRM, CMS and social media best practicesStrong understanding of metrics, analytics and reportingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
