Warehouse Lead
For over 75 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in low lift high-capacity industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to be responsible for material requirements of our job orders, as well as cycle counts monthly and manage our inventory.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for warehouse performance for safety, quality, on-time delivery
- Manage material handling and warehouse staff
- Process customer orders that can be fulfilled with warehouse staff.
- Building Kits for Assembly, Machine shop.
- Facilitate all jobs at time of release, with printed job travelers, blueprints, and labels.
- Communicate material and stock issues with engineering, purchasing, and management
- Evaluate material needs of each shop job order.
- Evaluate production schedule from a material perspective.
- Ship small parts and bowl assembly orders through UPS and Fed Ex.
- Perform Cycle counts Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly.
- Ability to read shop blueprints
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of MRP / ERP Systems. Made 2 Manage highly desired.
- Basic math and algebra
- Basic CAD and drafting skills a plus
- College education or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in a manufacturing environment work experience
