We are looking for a Cascade Manager to provide support for our Business Units and Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Control operational cost and identify measures to cut waste.
- Oversea Operation and Food Prepping
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Hire, Train, Dismiss current and new staff members.
- Preform employee reviews and assessment.
- Assist team members as needed.
- Create and submit staff scheduling.
- Enforce company policy and rules
- Report and handle all customer and staff complaints.
- Monitor staff and customer actions.
- Make operational decisions.
- Maintain clean facility.
- Assist with Sales and Marketing.
- Inventory management & Purchasing
- Email detailed daily report
- File, Complete incident reports
- Create weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and expense report.
- Any assignments given by Senior management and Vice President
Requirements:
- 2-4 years minimum experience in hospitality manager, or similar roles.
- 1-2 years minimum experience using Microsoft Office; strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access skills.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Cash handling and retail transaction experience a strong plus.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
- An outgoing professional presence that can deal with customers and employees on all levels.
- Proven problem-solving ability.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
