Job Summary
We are currently looking to fill an accounting data entry and reception position. This person is friendly, engaging, and professional. The receptionist interacts with management, escrow and title staff, real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys and other clients on a daily basis.
Primary job duties include:
- Deposit checks and wires into internal software
- Cut checks and wires, and disburse accordingly
- Maintain internal and audit controls regarding disbursement of funds
- Delivers deposits, payoffs and other items as needed
- Answering the phone and directing calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- Orders payoffs and homeowner's association statements
- Opens new escrows and sends out initial disclosures to clients, realtors and lenders
- Obtains customer signatures when needed

Required Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Banking or industry experience preferred
