Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about products and services.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf equipment and accessories.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves as needed.
- Promote sales through upselling techniques and effective communication.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and supervise staff when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of golf equipment is a plus but not required.
