As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What you can expect to do as a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) for Cascades of Sugarland Ridge:
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
- Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$24.00 - $26.00 /hour
Depending on Experience
Shift types- Various PRN/On call
- $500 paid at 90 days of employment
- $500 paid at 180 days of employment
- Bonus Elgibility - Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
