Job Description:
We are seeking an LPN to join our team and provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for our residents in compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provides medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations
* Communicates effectively with staff, residents, and their families
* Works flexible hours, including 2pm-10pm and/or 10pm-6am shifts
