Job Description:
- Provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents
- Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
- Assist in training and monitoring medication care administration
- Monitor caregiver performance to ensure quality care
Requirements:
- Maintain a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Be compassionate and represent our community in a positive and professional manner
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
