We provide care for residents and their families in various locations throughout the region. As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will be responsible for medication management and skilled nursing procedures, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Your Role

- Work flexible hours to meet the needs of our residents.
You will make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency. Your responsibilities will include implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines. You will also assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration, monitor the performance of caregivers, and educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
