As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will play a vital role in providing medication management and skilled nursing procedures for our residents, adhering to state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest level of quality and consistency in resident care.
- Implement personalized care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines.
- Assist in training and monitoring caregivers in medication administration.
- Monitor caregiver performance to ensure high-quality care.
- Educate residents and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention.
