About the Role
You will be responsible for medication management and skilled nursing procedures, ensuring compliance with state regulations. This includes implementing residents' personal care plans, assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration, monitoring the performance of caregivers, and educating residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
