Salary range for Dispatcher between $45,000- $55,000 USD based on skills and experience.
At our facility in Rochester you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery division of our team as the Dispatcher :
Efficiently dispatch shipments (outgoing and incoming) in accordance with needs, in the U.S;
Maximize the truck fleet's profitability by maintaining the best shipment-truck ratio;
Modify routes as required while maintaining efficiency and customer centricity;
Inform plant(s) of any changes to inbound and outbound loads that may impact the workflow;
Monitor route performance and production in real-time for all assigned drivers;
Liaise with Account Management and Customer Service to effectively communicate any service interruptions or site-level issues reported by drivers.

Preferably 3 years of industry experience;
Advanced knowledge of transport and dispatching operations;
Versatility and agility to manage multiple files simultaneously;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication, with a focus on organization;

Must be computer literate, including proficiency with the Office suite.
