- Salary range for Finance and Administration Technician is $45,000 - $50,000 USD annually and is based on experience
- Handle training certification cards for production, development, follow-up, and tracking
- Ensure supervisors follow up with operators on safety certification cards (30 days) and other certifications
- Spot check payroll, verify time entries, and address payroll questions
- Run payroll reports using the UKG payroll system
- Manage employee benefits, provide information on coverage changes, and follow up on benefit plan enrollment
- Conduct orientation and pre-employment processes (medical, background checks)
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a welcoming onboarding experience
- Assist employees without laptops during onboarding
- Prepare and send weekly production variance analysis and waste reports to finance/plant manager
- Organize company events such as summer picnics, monthly safety launches, holiday parties, health fairs, and Earth Day activities
- Create and implement plans for volunteering initiatives
- Assist with background checks, medical checks, and psychometric assessments
- Perform additional HR tasks as required

- Minimum 1 year of similar experience in payroll, HR, or administration, with HR assistance experience
- Minimum high school diploma with studies in HR or Administration
- Proven ability to manage agendas, training certification cards, and maintain accurate records
- Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with supervisors and team members
- Skilled in assisting employees with varying levels of tech-savviness, ensuring smooth onboarding and training processes
- Dedicated to supporting colleagues with payroll, benefits, and onboarding, showing engagement and care
- Excellent at following up on medical processes, benefit plan enrollments, and training certifications
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), UKG, SAP, and HRIS
