What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and quality. This includes:
- Supporting operations on the production floor
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Assisting with machine setup, cleanup, and maintenance
- Working in a team environment to meet production goals
- Keeping work areas clean and assisting with general labor tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Forklift/Material Handler/Shipping & Receiving experience is a plus
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts; weekends and overtime when needed
