- Salary range for Reliability Lead between$80,000 and $100,000 USD annually and is based on experience
- This position includes an on-call rotation of one (1) day per week and one (1) weekend every eight (8) weeks
- Prioritize and manage needed maintenance tasks with the Line Centric Team (LCT), coordinating shutdowns and equipment modifications in the stock preparation department
- Use CMMS (SAP) to create and track work orders and purchase orders for the preventative maintenance program
- Collaborate with the Reliability Engineer on root cause analysis and track action items to prevent equipment failures
- Lead initiatives to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency, including power-saving strategies
- Analyze downtime reports while identifying trends and providing insights for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a maintenance industrial setting
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial technology or other related degree or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills to assess equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Driven and proactive approach to identifying and resolving reliability issues
- Adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills to engage with maintenance staff and operators
- Proficient in maintenance processes, organizational abilities, and a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles
