Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team as our new Intern
- Safety Involvement- Plant safety team participation, Event recognition Program-Implementation, Safety Activities, Annual safety Training, Focus Campaigns
- Annual Safety Action Plan- Departmental Projects, Time spent on floor, Coach leaders on best practices, Lead, facilitate and present relevant safety updates or initatives
- Risk Analysis- Partner with supervisors in the plant to document and mitigate risk, Assist in maintaining risk management system
