RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee housekeeping team’s daily operations (scheduling, inspections etc.)
- Work with the Head of Operations to maintain proper staffing levels
- Conduct regular inspections of rental condos and homes, and shared spaces to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to Cascadia Getaways standards.
- Coordinate with the central reservation team to stay informed on occupancy, special requirements, VIP guests, and other operational needs, ensuring all pertinent information is acted upon.
- Manage cleaning schedule, changes as needed and missed clean resolutions.
- Inspect for damages and maintenance issues between cleans and coordinate visits with maintenance teams
- Assist the cleaning team as needed from pulling linens, restocking supplies, post clean inspections and from time to time cleaning.
- Update cleaning checklists and full ownership of our Standard Unit Appearance and procedures to highlight frequently missed items
- Provide coaching and training to your team to continuing to develop an all star team
- Process improvement and continued training
- Maintain necessary linens, amenities, and supply stock levels to support consistent quality and service standards.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $22/hr - $26/hr with referral bonus opportunities
