Job Title: Registered Dietician for Skilled Nursing Facilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietician to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our patients in skilled nursing facilities. This Opportunity will partner with facility leaders and clinical teams to support multiple facilities. Facilities are located in the Boise, Nampa areas of Idaho.
As a Registered Dietician, you will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of our patients and developing individualized meal plans to meet their dietary requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized meal plans for patients
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of meal plans and making necessary adjustments
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care
- Providing nutrition education to patients, families, and staff
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietician certification
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting (Invite new grads and all to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to nutrition in healthcare settings
