Casca is building AGI for banking. We're replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do. We were founded by a world-class team of banking & AI experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator. As the
Founding Designer , you will lead all creative efforts at Casca-from branding and marketing assets to product interfaces and video campaigns. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure every design decision supports our ambitious mission of transforming the banking industry through AI. Core Responsibilities
Product DesignCreate intuitive, user-centric UI / UX designs for our website, product dashboards, and customer-facing portals.Leverage Figma to build wireframes, prototypes, and robust design systems.
Collaborate Cross-FunctionallyWork closely with our founders, product teams, and engineers to align designs with business goals and user needs.Manage feedback loops to iterate quickly and deliver exceptional results.
Drive Branding & MarketingDevelop marketing assets-including social media posts, banners, and other promotional materials-that resonate with our audience.Ensure every touchpoint reinforces Casca's brand identity.
Lead the Creative Vision : Define, refine, and maintain Casca's overall design strategy, ensuring all visual outputs-from web experiences to videos-are cohesive and on-brand.QualificationsUI / UX Design :
Strong expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.Experience :
