Job Description

The available position involves working primarily in new construction with a focus on high-end, energy efficient homes. Ideal candidates will have experience in a trade but we will train ambitious candidates with applicable transferable skills. If you prefer working for a smaller company that recognizes your talents we may be a great fit.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform air sealing, install netting, cellulose, and air barriers; WE DO NOT INSTALL FIBERGLASS INSULATION
- Operate insulation equipment and drive a box truck
- Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition
- Work safely and respectfully with the other team members
- Take pride in high quality workmanship
Skills, Experience, & Talents
- Must have a valid driver’s license free of DUI's
- Construction, insulation, and hand tool experience preferred
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Able to work on ladders and scaffolding (rarely over 10ft)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs

Due to the nature of our work there is a no smoking policy on each job site.
Monday thru Friday, 6:45am-4:00 pm. Some overtime, we do not work nights or week-ends.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
